  • Bring a newborn plant to the maturity of production and the talent that goes with it (150 employees).
  • Provide the business structures in the emerging markets with HR tools (hiring kits, leadership training, mobility of talent, market value concerns relative to each country). Working mostly in Beirut & Israel (80 employees)
    • Within 2 years, the Swiss plant had doubled in staff – the emerging markets had countries managers that were fully set up with talent and the tools to retain and hire
    • The Middle East and S. Africa were the biggest revenue contributors to the EMEA sales
